Karbach Brewery Co pairs beer with Local Burgers
In our first Burger Guide we wanted to pair a local beer with each burger. As you can imagine, we were thrilled when Karbach Brewing Co. accepted the challenge. Loving their solid mainstay favorites like Love Street and Hoppadillo, their seasonal beers that we all wait for in anticipation and their specialty brews that are born from experimentation, we couldn't wait to see what Karbach came up with. Karbach's Marketing & Promotions Coordinator David Graham set to the task. Since each burger is unique he looked at the different toppings and buns to find the beer that would match it best. We believe the results to be delicious!

Bourbon Barrel Hellfighter, better known as BBH, has been a favorite of ours since its first release. So we've taken it out of the F.U.N. Series and made it a series of its own! BBH will be released several times a year, sometimes with other ingredients (cherries anyone?) in the mix.
