Why We Love It: Dessert Gallery is in the business of putting smiles on people’s faces. They are real, not a big national chain. Real people make real desserts by hand, using great ingredients and lots of love. Sara Brook and the DG crew were doing it this way when “homemade” and “all natural” were a given, and not just the buzzwords du jour. We simply adore Sara Brook and her passion for desserts and community. Enjoying a sandwich at the cafe along with a sweet treat is a wonderful break. Knowing that we can run in to grab something to go makes life easy and always delicious. Made from scratch treats using real, ingredients is something we could indulge in almost every day!
