- 1 bunch sweet potato greens, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2–3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
Preparation
Heat the oil and sauté the onions with the bell pepper and jalapeño. Add the tomatoes and then fold in the sweet potato leaves. Cook until tender and season to taste.
