Sourdough at Home
I recently revived a dried sourdough starter. Never done it before. Luckily the dried particles came with detailed instructions. I followed them to the letter.
Days later, a very active, bubbly starter was ready to go for his first bake. It was also my first sourdough bake, and it wasn’t exactly stress-free. You can read the full story here.
Since, my very active starter is bouncing out of his jar! I should share some of it….
So, as a “giveaway”, the first (aspiring) home-baker to contact me can have some of that starter!
