Watermelon and Ginger Cooler

Watermelon is heart-healthy, great for cholesterol and blood pressure and is full of vitamins and minerals. The anti-inflammatory ginger adds a great little zing to the drink. A delicious and nutritious way to cool yourself on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Serving(s)
  • 2 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, to taste
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Add the watermelon, cucumber, ginger and lime to a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add ice and blend again for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
