- 2 cups watermelon chunks
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, to taste
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Add the watermelon, cucumber, ginger and lime to a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add ice and blend again for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
